  Vena is a B2B financial planning and analysis (FP&A) solution built on Microsoft Excel that helps businesses across multiple industries manage various business operations such as budgeting, planning, revenue forecasting, and more.As the Manager, Pre-Configured Solutions, I lead, coach and develop a team of Product Solution Managers. In addition, I lead the strategy and design for Vena's Pre-Configured Solution Packages. As the Solutions Manager, I assist in designing Proof of Concept solutions for our clients to demonstrate how the Vena Platform works. The scope of my position includes Solution Development, Architecture, Operations, Deployment/Technical Writing, and other duties as assigned. As the Application Support Team Lead, I was responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Application Support Team including providing leadership to Application Support Analysts, assisting in the implementation of processes and best practices, and providing technical guidance and recommendations where required. As a Senior Application Support Analyst, my core activities included assisting clients with product related questions, monitoring emerging patterns and providing technical guidance and recommendations.
