  I was a volunteer pitch runner for the O2 Touch Finals at Twickenham this year run by R.D.O Matt Kemp on 10/09/2011. The responsibilties for this were; helping set up the main pitch in to 3 individual touch pitches and erecting advertising flags When it came to the competition, I would make sure that the teams and referees were on their correct pitch at the correct time, make sure the referees had their score cards for their matches and run the score cards up to the officials after each match. All in all a great day meeting Paul Doran-Jones, getting to see behind the scenes at Twickenham stadium, looking in to the England dressing room and getting to walk on the turf!!! Show less

This is unpaid, but I have been involved in many areas of work. I have learnt a variety skills such as:Assisting the Senior ICT Technician and Support Technician with any routine tasks,I am competent in the adding and changing of user accounts in Active Directory and assigning them to email groups,Assisting with call outs where possible,Assisting with PC and peripheral diagnosing and repair where possible,How to network Cat5e cable to the 568B colour chart,How to reconnect a computer to a domain,How to install devices and install/update their drivers,How to add a user on to Active Directory,Gaining helpdesk experience.
