      Designed and developed Reverse Osmosis and Nanofiltration Modules used in a myriad of applications for new and existing customers globally. Managed new membrane products from the prototype phase through the commercialized/product launch phase. Made sure the new products met the internal and external customer's specifications by performing multiple quality checks and following the new product design procedure for product qualification. Worked with scientists and engineers on conducting experiments to improve product quality of spiral wound membrane modules and parts. Manufactured spiral wound membrane elements for household and large commercial use. Performed quality checks on the products to assure they met all specifications. Operated automated equipment and trained new employees in various areas throughout the manufacturing process.
