  1.Responsible for all complete HVAC / MEP systems including BMS.2.Comprehensively understand the scope of the contract with respect to their respective field, and its subsequent development / implementation in an approved manner3.Study the relevant international standards / local regulations / standards and practices and adopt the same applicable.4.Identify training needs of the project team members reporting him and arrange for suitable training for them, in consultation with P.M for furtherance of their professional skills and competence.5.prepare “As-Built Drawings” and O & M Manuals.6.Initiate / prepare Engineering /Material submittal, Vendor approvals, RFI’s /ITP’s/ Method Statement etc.,7.Prepare schedule of work / Bill of Material and float the enquiries for subcontract works/ Materials /Systems as per the contract specifications and drawings.8.Inspect (in conjunction with QC Engineer) the material delivered to the site stores and there upon prepare /submit the inspection request to the Consultants.9.To plan and timely arrange any special unloading / storage requirements, in co ordination with P.M10.Carryout follow-ups with respect to replacement / delivery of any defective / rejected / materials or short delivered items.11.Ensuring that the quality of material and installation of works are in accordance with the acceptance criteria, specifications, approved materials and methods of installation approved for the project.12.Monitoring productivity and compiling relevant information on production rates.13.Prepare and project any requirement with respect to materials, plant and tools and manpower or any other items whatsoever required for timely /safe execution of respective services / activities.14.Ensuring that safety rules and regulations are communicated to the workforce and are fully enforced.
