  As Consultant prepared the comprehensive Track Record for all the Grant and Partnership Funded Projects & Programmes that are currently running or have finished since April, 2004 (in past 10 years) by British Council Pakistan. The report was formed to meet the track record requirements of different donors including European Commission, DFID, USAID and World Bank. To undertake this assignment, extracted information from various reports, met with programmes team and interviewed staff across British Council Pakistan offices.• Had meetings with different programme directors, programme heads and teams regarding different projects/programmes across Pakistan.
