Including, collaboration with the functional and business teams to ensure that the solution delivered was of a high standard and met the business need. At times, working with extremely tight timelines. Coordinating the testing efforts of the business resources brought on to test the SAP support pack. Including, PM, REFx, SRM, and WebSphere integration. A member of the team that implemented the Asset Management and Plant Maintenance solution for the Auckland Council. Included, PM, REFx, integration with SRM and outside supplier's system (via an integration layer) Assisting with regression testing for the SAP implementation.Testing new functionality delivered as part of the Procurement Project.       The Intelligent Automation Lead is responsible for building and maintaining the fleet of RPA robots owned by Auckland Council. This includes both BAU and project work. During my time leading the team we more than doubled our bot delivery outputs and returned more than 10,000 hours to the business per year. Highlights- Building the capability and capacity of the IA Development team.- Running an agile and fully virtual team - Building and managing robots to assist with COVID-19 related relief work.- Establishing a delivery pipeline process which allowed the team to deliver on a set cadence. Show less The Service Enablement team is tasked with delivering and embedding emerging technology within the ICT department. This is a very varied role that requires a diverse skill set including:- Stakeholder management skills- Project management skills- Business analysis and Process Improvement skills- Contract negotiation skills- Business case and estimate creation skills.- Service delivery skills- Agile delivery- The ability to manage co-located and virtual teams across different time zones. - The resilience to cut your own path through roadblocks and resistance.Key highlights:Framework establishment- SaaS app onboarding. Establishing and then maturing the risk-based framework used to assess and on-board SaaS apps within Auckland Council. This allowed the Council to tackle the question "how much risk is too much risk for a SaaS app?" The team can quickly identify, assess and mitigate the risks associated with SaaS app deliveries and the ongoing maintenance of them. - Maturing the Robotic Process Automation Operational framework. Once the RPA team was established, the larger task of maturing the team began. Our objective is to take the team from good to great. This includes, establishing a Scaling Strategy, implementing standards and establishing and enforcing good development disciplines such as change, release and incident management. The outcome of which will be Better bots, faster service turn-around and less downtime for supported bots.Project Implementations. Governance and some hands-on work within the project.- SmartCity: Pedestrian flow. Using new technology and video analytics to model the flow of pedestrian movement through the city. This is a key enabler for our urban design team. Working closely with a wide variety of stakeholders across organisations.- Booking and scheduling tool for Building Inspectors. This increased customer satisfaction and the number of inspections completed per day. Show less Providing functional expertise for SAP SRM and PM. Including projects, enhancements, and individual user support throughout the life cycle of the solution.Key highlights:- Building strong ties between stakeholders in our operational units and our technical teams. - Short cutting the long feedback loops by running an internal usergroup for the Contracts and Purchasing staff across Council.- Floor manager for the SRM and PM area. Tasked with meeting our KPIs while the team was down to 30% resource availability due to a large project. - Implementing Kanban board for enhancement and issues management in our team. Once it was proven successful, it was deployed to the other teams within SAP and the wider ICT department.- Building an on boarding framework for training graduates. Show less
