      Joined Global Safety Pharmacology and rapidly gained competency in experimental work, fulfilling the project safety pharmacologist (PSP) role and developing an understanding of toxicology, FTIM and SP studies required for IMPD/IND submissions. PSP on multiple projects in US, UK and Sweden across various disease areas. Used lead biologist experience to gain insight into critical project safety questions and to design/deliver investigative safety pharmacology studies including organ bath work at various CROs and a chronic renal study for an in-licensing opportunity. Study director for safety pharmacology functional endpoints on toxicology studies with good working knowledge of GLP/GLS and experience of GEL authoring/reviewing. As the safety pharmacology renal lead was responsible for developing the global renal safety pharmacology strategy/experimental capabilities. Member of renal SKG; proposing two out of three top strategic priorities presented to GSA Leadership Team. Led the CRL GLP-renal study transition activities working to build the partnership/ mutual understanding and contributed to validation publication.
