  Aspen Skiing Company owns and operates the four ski resorts in the Aspen/Snowmass area. The hosptilality division encompasses hotels, restaurants and clubs. Properties owned and managed by ASC include The Little Nell hotel, Limelight Lodge, Residences at The Little Nell, Aspen Mountain Club, Snowmass Club, ASC Catering and 12 on mountain restaurants.

  Talisker Mountain owned and operated Canyons Mountain Resort in Park City, Utah and had extensive real estate holdings in Deer Valley and Park City. The hospitality division encompassed lodging and property management, hotel asset management, restaurants (15) and clubs. Assets owned and or managed included the Waldorf Astoria Park City,Grand Summit Lodge, Talisker Mountain Club and Tuhaye Club and Talisker On Main restaurant in Park City.

  Partnered with a private capital company to develop a hotel based on concept I dubbed "limited service luxury". The concept for Artage Hotels was based on a shift in the higher end traveler's needs brought about by the severe recession that started in 2007. Designed for high end guests with a more simplistic service requirement, Artage would focus on high quality fit and finishes in all guest rooms and public areas,highly personalized service and a very simple food and beverage and ancillary services program. Targeted for vibrant locations Artage would create great value for guests and investors. Show less

  La quinta resort & club/pga west - a waldorf astoria resort

  La Quinta Resort & Club, part of the Waldorf Astoria collection of hotels and resorts, offers over 780 rooms, casitas and suites, 41 swimming pools, 27 tennis courts, 7 restaurants, 6 unique retail shops and a world class spa that meander through 45 acres of lush landscaping featuring bougainvillea, hibiscus, citrus and stately date palm trees. The resort also features two Pete Dye designed golf courses. PGA West is the “Home of Golf” in the western U.S. and hosts an annual PGA Tour golf tournament. PGA West encompasses six golf courses designed by Palmer, Nicklaus, Dye, Norman and Weiskopf . The Health and Racquet Club offers members 19 tennis courts with hard, grass and har-tru clay surfaces. The Citrus Club is a private club that features an 18-hole course designed by Pete Dye. All told there are 9 golf courses and two private clubs included in the resort portfolio. In addition to the businesses highlighted above the Managing Director also provides guidance and leadership in retail operations and California Lifestyles Realty, a 43 agent full service real estate sales and vacation rental company. Replacing the oft wrinkled and soiled cloth skirting the panels perfectly mimic the look of rich wood. The panels are designed to be lightweight, durable and easy to store. They enhance buffet, U-shape, hollow square and registration desk presentations by giving the appearance of high end furniture. I conceived the concept, led design efforts and sourced manufacturers.   Hotel Bennett will soon become the iconic luxury hotel of Charleston, SC. I was chosen to replace a departing General Manager ninety days before opening, in large part due to my experience opening luxury hotels. Hotel Bennett has been designed in a manner reminiscent of the grand dame hotels of the 19th century with complimentary southern and modern design elements. Its' 179 guest rooms are beautifully appointed with many offering views of Marion Square and the many church steeples that dot the city landscape. Unique and stylishly designed restaurants and bars are destined to become the favorite gathering spots for locals and guests. The stunning ballroom will serve as a coveted locale for high profile weddings and social events.
