  This was a 4-week internship under Professor Sameer Mathur from IIML.I learned presentation making skills, analysed TED Talks, and applied the concepts of marketing management to analyse business cases by Harvard Business School.As part of this internship, I was required to read various management articles published in the Harvard Business Review, create powerpoint presentations via Slideshare, and a voice-over presentation via Youtube.The final project entailed devising an idea for a completely new product with a mobile application, a new business model, and creating a presentation to showcase its marketing plan.The quality of my presentations and video featured in the top 10% of the work done by all the interns.   Oliveboard is an Ed-tech startup that provides educational content, preparation material, question papers, video lectures and interactive lessons for students who are preparing for competitive examinations for selection in management and engineering colleges, as well as for recruitment in the banking, insurance, railways and administrative sectors.My primary responsibility was the curation of this content, which included model papers, lessons and sample essays. My area of expertise was particularly the English subject, along with logical reasoning.I also conducted online group sessions among students, gave feedback on student performance, answered queries and doubts of individual students, prepared presentations for video content, and worked closely with the marketing team to write blog posts and build social media content.   PracticeMock is one of the prominent Ed-tech companies in the exam preparation industry in India. In my role, I headed a team (including both full-time employees and freelancers) of content developers and editors, who curate educational content in the form of videos, model papers, previous year question analysis and sample essays. My area of expertise is English language and critical/ logical reasoning. I choose to recruit each member of my team myself as this helps me to select candidates that fit in with my rhythm as well as with the company culture at large. My responsibilities include delegation of assignments to my team, editing and proofreading the content created by them, collecting feedback of users and conducting other market research, analysing trends in competitive examinations, designing questions to cover the syllabus of exams, conducting group discussions with students and addressing student doubts one-on-one.
