      My role is to provide a high level of admin support to all the sales teams across our full product portfolio for both office locations. I have to ensure all aspects of operational set-up and ongoing support is processed in an accurate and timely manner within the agreed upon SLA's. In addition to the sales teams, I provide support to the wider Operations & Fulfilment teams and Customer Care in dealing with complex enquiries, communicating effectively with all stakeholders and updating monitoring tools (CRM) with all relevant information. The CRM's we use are Onyx and Salesforce. I am also responsible for reviewing and updating processes on a quarterly basis. I have also been given responsibility to manage alongside another colleague a new addition to our UK portfolio from our Belgium colleagues. For this role I have to ensure all orders placed on this platform are processed on a daily basis to ensure they are dispatched in a timely manner and approve invoices via SAP, along with dealing directly with suppliers. Due to the variety in my role I must ensure I prioritise my workload efficiently to ensure all work stays within SLA's. Show less Manage the day to day operational activities within Customer Care, such as helping and assisting parents, carers and employers via telephone, email and Live Chat in respect of their childcare voucher accounts. I also assisted the Home Office with telephone calls from Asylum seeks in regards to balance enquiries and when they will receive their payment/ when can they collect their payment.The CRM system (Onyx) had to be constantly updated with service requests from all calls taken each day to ensure anyone could deal with an outstanding query if they got them on the phone and to keep a log on all activities. From time to time I had to raise JIRA's when necessary to request issues to be resolved by the relevant department. This customer care role was mainly focused on the smooth running of the above functions, and what comes in between. I carried out all tasks to a high standard and within SLA's and most weeks was at the top of the leaderboard. A large benefit of this role was to work within a very friendly large team and be able to build strong working relationships.
