       Identify and analyze training needs in conjunction with departmental managers through job analysis, performance appraisal schemes and regular consultation. Prepare and implement a training programme and schedule per department and professional field on an annual basis; Prepare, manage and deliver induction and orientation programmes and familiarization tour of the Company’s facilities; Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training, to evaluate and measure effectiveness and results impact of such on recipient staff; Summarizing evaluation reports for trainings and providing outcomes to HR Manager within one week of each training Updating the e-library with latest training materials Constantly monitor, upgrade and improve training programmes; Monitor the best practice in the training area of the Insurance sector and implement it in the Company’s’ practices; Develop, maintain and regularly update a database of industry courses by discipline, key facilitators, both local and international and locations of delivery; Create opportunities for in-house training to be facilitated for staff , assist in developing effective training materials utilizing a variety of media;  Develop trainer development programs and coach others involved in training efforts, providing effective growth and development opportunities; Negotiating with and managing vendors and staying within pre-set budget Source out webinar series and online courses relevant to staff training Develop and maintain industry reports and trends, and communicate the same to all staff on a periodic basis via intranet, bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of Insurance trends and general industry information.  Management and execution of logistics for all training related events and other HR related events Show less
