  In my leadership role as Deputy CEO and CSIO at Seazen Group, I’m fortunate to work alongside an incredible team as we expand across the GCC and beyond. My main focus is to combine thoughtful strategy with innovation, always aiming to improve our business operations and, most importantly, the experiences we bring to our guests and partners.Here are some of the key responsibilities I take on:- Contributing to the development and implementation of our strategic goals, with a focus on reinforcing Seazen Group’s image as a customer-centric company that’s constantly evolving.- Guiding our digital transformation strategy, including the adoption of ERP systems, to make our processes more efficient and responsive to the needs of the business and our guests.- Leading the transformation and restructuring of the business, ensuring we create opportunities for continuous growth while staying resilient and adaptable to change.- Collaborating with various teams on projects that align with our strategic vision, always working towards delivering meaningful improvements.- Supporting change management, working closely with our teams to ensure that changes are smoothly and uniformly implemented, especially during key transitions.- Focusing on governance and organizational development, making sure our people are well-equipped and empowered to achieve success.I’m grateful to be part of this journey and truly believe that the combined efforts of our teams are what drive the success of Seazen Group.
