      In addition to managing the direction of all marketing functions within the company, this position is the gatekeeper of all communication and pieces that exit the company. It develops and oversees the marketing strategies, projects and event coordination. The position travels as needed to build and nurture incremental relationships to the company.This position oversees the scrum teams and development work for all internal projects. It serves as the point person responsible for understanding the big development picture of each sprint and ensures the teams are fully deployed and not idle. It acts as a buffer between the scrum teams and Product Owner to maintain a positive work environment by helping with conflict resolution. As such, it works closely with the Product Owner to translate epics, stories and other items on the sprint list. It ensured marketing goals are aligned with each of the individual marketing goals of the venture partner members and provides marketing communications support for all partners with the objective of increasing awareness of IPAP. It was responsible for developing the company's annual business plan with the Vice Presidents and President in addition to managing human resources related taks. On a day to day basis I worked to coordinate clear, concise communication not only within IPAP but among its distributors, suppliers and five competing Venture Partners.
