Deployed to Senegal and provided base camp master plan analysis of three locations for Type II Cooperative Security Locations (CSL), COA findings, trip report, briefing to USARAF leadership, appropriate storyboard, and comprehensive technical report of findings to USARAF DCSENG. Deployed to Tyndall Air Force Base, FL to conduct damage assessments for over 100 structures impacted by Hurricane Michael. Assessments included ROM costs for repairs, including environmental risk and mitigation for managing environmental compliance. Developed project management plans, scopes of work, and time/cost estimates. Performed coastal/riverine hydraulic and hydrologic investigations, which range from a site/structure specific flood hazard evaluation using existing available data to a large watershed study generating new data.
