  Ownership of the Aircom Performance Management product, OPTIMA. Show less I was responsible for the delivery of managed services to T-Mobile with a 40 person team or permanent and sub contract staff.My responsibilities included negotiating the scope of work, selecting and hiring the teams, managing the project, providing progress reporting, realising the projected margins, introducing tools and implementing procedures to improve organisational efficiencies and ensure we met our SLA commitments.The project had a successful start with all KPI’s being met and exceeded, leading to T-Mobile extending the scope within 9 months to take on network RF and Transmission design, rollout and to provide ‘call off’ rigging resource.
