  I set up the focus, target group and goals of events every month and managed them from beginning to end. This process always includes idea sessions, scheduling, team cooperation, managing of the budget capacities, ordering, deliveries, promotion and content creation, setting up security measures, execution of the event and post-event evaluation.Additionally, I am in charge of a five-member Basebuddy team and responsible for the communication between them and the Basecamp Lyngby office (as well as other Basecamp Nordic properties, and the Basecamp Main Office). I provided support for the Basecamp Lyngby office with administrative tasks (for example, I was the first person to greet tenants at the reception, answer their questions and coordinate th enew arrivals. I took on initiatives to create emergency guides for the rest of the Basebuddy team, community meetings between over 100 residents and the Basebuddies, and organised a donation point for Ukrainian refugees.
