Lisa currently spearheads City First Enterprises’ Down Payment Assistance Program, Homes by CFE, which aims to level the playing field for African American and Latinx borrowers in the District of Columbia by providing Down Payment Assistance and additional closing costs through Homes by CFE’s Special Purpose Credit Program. Lisa is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in both the District of Columbia and Maryland. This includes working with outside partners and coordinating with our legal and compliance counterparts to ensure the effective management of the program.  Manages the City First Homes affordable housing program which consists of over 40 single-family and cooperative units.  Holds a valid NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator's License.  Affordable Housing Mortgage Program Design, Development, and Implementation Assists in the resale process including qualifying prospective buyers, preparation of closing documents, and coordinates with real estate agents, co-op associations, and sellers.  COVID-19 Relief Grant program management, implementation, and design.
