  In this role, I oversaw successful end-to-end project delivery for software developed by Quark India. Managed project scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and constraints. Served as an Agile coach for team members, management and key stakeholders & clarify expectations with regard to agile process and incremental product/project delivery. Transitioned SCM operations from US to India development centre. Was responsible for the setup & administration of Windows NT server & client infrastructure running in a LAN/WAN environment. Setup & administered Microsoft exchange, proxy, DNS, Source Safe, Citrix and file servers for production environment.Setup and administered Cisco network routers & switches interconnecting LAN and WAN within Quark Organisation.
