Manage millions of dollars in Repair Escrows, and the Freddie Mac Capital Markets Execution (CME) portfolio.• Manage two direct reports (Analysts).• Manage the post-closing immediate repair process for all Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae loans to insure timely and appropriate completion of all lender required repairs.• Manage the Walker & Dunlop Freddie Mac Capital Markets Execution (CME) portfolio (both pre and post securitization). As of December 2014 this included 463 securitized loans with four different Master Servicers (Wells Fargo, Key Bank, Midland, and Freddie Mac), and 82 pre-securitized loans. • Insure financial, physical, legal, zoning, insurance, occupancy, and Loan Agreement compliance for all pre-securitized loans to mitigate potential issues with pending loan securitizations.• Insure loan compliance and investor specific reporting requirements for post-securitized loans with each Master Servicer.• Review and manage the quarterly and annual financial analysis process for all pre and post securitized Capital Markets Execution loans.• Inspect multifamily and commercial properties throughout the country, complete investor specific inspection reports, and upload per investor requirements.• Process quarterly and year-end financial analyses for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Freddie Mac CME loans. • Manage a portfolio of high risk loans to mitigate risk and potential losses associated these struggling assets.• Analyze and process Management Changes, Rental Achievement Agreements, post-closing loan modifications, and other property level transactions.• Analyze markets and submarkets throughout the country to determine areas of risk and areas of strength for potential new deals.• Analyze borrower strength and portfolio performance to determine the likelihood of future business.
