  King Abdullah Financial District ( KAFD ) Project is a unique project worth 68 Billons Saudi Riyals. It Consists of 48 Multi-storery buildings having minimum 12 floors ( Levels / storeys) to 88 floors ( storeys). Complete KAFD Project is divde into 08 Zones & each zone is sub divided into different numbers of Parcles.As QA/QC Manager of Parcel 5.02 (A multi storey building having 22 floors),KAFD Project , was responsible to review QA/QC Procedures, ITP’s (Inspection Test Plan) & document control as submitted by design consultants and ensured that implementation is in compliance with contracts requirements. (2)Ensured that the established Project / Design Management Procedures are implemented . Coordination with Consultants i.e. Dar-Al-Riyadh Consultants & was responsible to solve the QA/QC related issues and guide junior QA/QC Engineers and QA/QC staff on QA/QC matters.(3) Monitored& Evaluated and passed on QA/QC weekly / monthly progress reports and attended high level meetings. (5)Performed as coordinator and facilitator to ensure consultants & contractors as well as sub contractors implement their Quality System in accordance with the Project QA / QC contracts requirements and specifications.(7)Investigation of root Cause of repeated NCRs & suggesting measures to avoid/ reduce the NCRs.(8)As Material Inspection In- charge, was responsible for supervision & Coordination of all Materials Inspections & approvals from the Consultants for all materials of Zone-3 (Eight Parcels, having minimum 18 to 66 floors multi-storey buildings) and for common materials for all (8) zones of PPA-30(30 Parcels, having from 18 to 105 floors multi-storey buildings ) of King Abdullah Finance District ( KAFD )Project, A project worth 28 Billions SARs.(11)Got the Construction Material inspected & approved from Consultants i.e. Dar-Al-Riyadh Consultants, for more than 2300 Millions Saudi Arabian Riyals up-to the end of August 2013.
