Complete KAFD Project is divde into 08 Zones & each zone is sub divided into different numbers of Parcles.As QA/QC Manager of Parcel 5.02 (A multi storey building having 22 floors),KAFD Project , was responsible to review QA/QC Procedures, ITP’s (Inspection Test Plan) & document control as submitted by design consultants and ensured that implementation is in compliance with contracts requirements. (2)Ensured that the established Project / Design Management Procedures are implemented . Coordination with Consultants i.e. Dar-Al-Riyadh Consultants & was responsible to solve the QA/QC related issues and guide junior QA/QC Engineers and QA/QC staff on QA/QC matters.(3) Monitored& Evaluated and passed on QA/QC weekly / monthly progress reports and attended high level meetings.
