      Critical Parts Analyst

       Maintain and update parts re-order points to ensure proper and adequate stock of parts inventory. Prepare month-end and quarterly-end closing processes.  Process orders for standard stock parts with multiple vendors and when requested, order special and/or critical parts. Verifies and updates part numbers, vendor pricing, part description and enters new part numbers. Coordinate and report to the Parts Managers on weekly stock orders for the Van Dyke Plant. Prepare regular process backorder reports and report to the appropriate supervisors. Verify the parts order status and submit ticket online for re-ordering, if required.  Assist department managers in determining new product purchases. Responsible for adding new parts pricing to the system.  Assist inside and outside parts team in fast tracking their parts ordered. Identify and reconcile inventory issues with utmost urgency Show less
