This role required effective collaboration and teamwork, as we coordinated our efforts to ensure the event's success. My responsibilities included managing food distribution, seat allocation, and event flow, which I handled independently.Managing food distribution involved coordinating with vendors, ensuring timely delivery, and overseeing the setup of food stations. I paid close attention to dietary restrictions and preferences to accommodate all attendees. Seat allocation required meticulous planning and attention to detail to ensure that all guests were comfortably seated according to their preferences and the event's layout.In overseeing the event flow, I ensured that each segment of the event proceeded smoothly and on schedule. This involved coordinating with speakers, performers, and technical staff to manage transitions and address any issues promptly.   During my role as an Accommodation Ambassador, I had the opportunity to conduct tours of accommodation during open and offer holder days.
