      I oversaw a 5 person Equity Reach Client Service team whilst also personally managing accounts for Credit Suisse (U.K. and U.S. Branch) and Lloyds TSB (Geneva). I also implemented LEAN methodologies and risk management strategies to improve the overall performance of company operations.A particularly successful LEAN policy implementation increased client and employee satisfaction in Client Services by re-allocating the workload between Equities Settlement and Corporate Actions, decreasing customer response time and ensuring a full workload in an under utilised division. During the particularly difficult financial crisis period, I specialised on the understanding of liquidation and bankruptcy Corporate Actions events. I improved our service offering and workload distribution by simplifying complex communication on major Debt Restructuring events (Lehman Bros. / Hellenic Republic), using my in depth financial knowledge to develop the "coach" role to handle complex instructions from Corporate Actions issuers and participating clients, and be the client service expert; advising the team and training new staff members. Show less I was promoted to Team Leader, responsible for 4 New Issues specialists who oversaw the setup of new financial products such as bonds and funds.I maximised client satisfaction and minimised disruption to the daily productivity of the New Issues operational team by implementing an expert client service team responsible for handling calls from Issuers and Lead Managers. I manned this team using a rotor of expert staff from this team, ensuring that the role was split so time was dedicated to one function at a time.
