  Initially, I was involved in setting up and organizing the R&D department. Gradually this has changed into doing more R&D projects, which are aimed at researching, improving and developing our extrusion process, the used raw materials and the tools we manufacture.In addition, I am also involved in performing cooling simulations for calibration and flow simulations for the plastic reology in our extrusion dies. Moreover, I contribute to the internal knowledge transfer by giving a theoretical basic extrusion course to my colleagues. Show less
