  During this role, I am accountable to control routine activities of engineering operations, production galleries and maintenance of ADI’s internal MCR. I assess and create accurate cost summaries for new and revised broadcast facilities at base, remote sites, and mobile units. I prepare tender documents for external suppliers for quotation by identifying the source of equipment for projects. I manage delivery, and installation of new projects internally and on customer sites from conception through to completion. I am maintaining all remote facilities, and technical documentation including schematics, cable schedules, and user guides. Providing technical support to clients and ADI staff.Accomplishments for this role are mentioned below:• Designed and built technical infrastructure to deliver broadcast television coverage of football matches from 72 English Football League and 20 Premier League grounds within the time span of five months.• Improved skills and capabilities of team by mentoring and coaching.• Installed headend equipment across multiple UK football clubs enabling remote delivery of match content in stadia video screens from ADI headquarters in Preston.• Delivered broadcast TV coverage from EFL clubs to stakeholders including Sky, ITN and IMG.• Installed and maintained equipment in all 72 EFL clubs and the broadcasters’ facilities.• Extensive experience of live outside broadcasts in various position including guarantee engineer, vision engineer and unit manager.• Completed various projects in other prominent locations including shopping centres and public spaces such as Belfast City Hall, INTU Lakeside and Westfield Shopping Centre in Stratford London near Olympic Park.
