It is was my job to provide management support and decision making on all aspects of service delivery during shifts which includes out of hours. Morgan Sindall was the Principal Contractor carrying out the construction of new flood defences along riverbanks passing directly through the centre of Inverness city. The project involved large excavation works, the installation of sheet piling, new and re-networked drainage systems and a flood defence wall.
