      To lead the successful delivery of the c2c strategic plan and associated obligations. Coordinate and lead on governance and reporting, both to internal and external clients. Promote good practice and mentor other managers on business case / report production and delivery of projects. Act as a central point of contact for resolving risks and issues and escalating where appropriate.Key responsibilities include:Maintaining portfolio tracking of delivery against obligations, contracts and projects including formal written reports, dashboards and project updates.Lead on internal and external reporting, ensuring deadlines are met and delivery information is accurate.Identify cross-cutting risks and issues at programme level; leading and coordinating the resolution.Managing corporate risk register.Coordinate and lead on internal governance, liaising with Finance and other departments to ensure business case, contract sign-offs and reports meet the required standard and achieve sign-off.
