Install and maintain Tucor irrigation system for entire college to include programing irrigation schedules, scheduled maintenance, making plumbing repairs as needed and monitoring the well systems for proper operation. Maintain and repair all grounds equipment and all college off road equipment to include all tractors, lawn mowers, golf carts, blowers, chain saws, chippers. During the college's greatest period of growth be responsible for all logistical needs before during and after renovations and new construction projects.   Manage and maintain a 50+ year old master keying system for over 1,200 employees and make any repairs needed to nearly 4,000+ doors. Be familiar with different brands of door hardware and be able to integrate new brands into the picture to improve door functions of existing doors and meet building codes. Maintain SALTO access control system and integrate it into existing parts of the college wherever it is needed. Integrate new buildings into existing master key system by developing a key schedule that works with sub/department master and passage keys. Maintain all roofing systems for 45 buildings to include scheduled maintenance, making repairs as necessary and working with roofing contractors to exercise the roof warranties of recent roof replacements.   Trans-Radial Solutions designs and manufactures medical devices for the cath lab industry. Over the last seven years we have developed, and brought to market the Cardio-TRAP and the Rad-Guard. Our efforts began with a simple request from an interventional cardiologist. Those efforts grew over a two year period with hundreds of hours of R&D and many requests from seven interventionalists and a dozen circulating staff. Both products are patented.

PlastiCraftsmen is able to handle small scale manufacturing needs and have projects completed in turnkey fashion. PlastiCraftsmen works with Dixie Rubber & Plastics and Piedmont Manufacturing to meet its customers needs.
