Organize and maintain a travel & recruiting budget for the team, staff and future recruits. Operate and handle a budget of 120,000 including all expenses to run a program. Directed Team Travel, Recruiting Efforts & Database, Assistant Coaches, Managers, Players, Practices and everything related to the daily operations of a Division I Basketball Program. Worked closely with the Administrative Staff to oversee the success of the Student-Athletes on Campus. Directed and ran the first-ever St. Francis Girls Summer Basketball Camp 2000-2003. Coordinated Student-Athlete's Study/Tutor Program and team was consistently ranked in the WBCA Top 25 Academic Achievement Awards Program.
