Directed Team Travel, Recruiting Efforts & Database, Assistant Coaches, Managers, Players, Practices and everything related to the daily operations of a Division I Basketball Program. Worked closely with the Administrative Staff to oversee the success of the Student-Athletes on Campus. Directed and ran the first-ever St. Francis Girls Summer Basketball Camp 2000-2003. Coordinated Student-Athlete's Study/Tutor Program and team was consistently ranked in the WBCA Top 25 Academic Achievement Awards Program. Coached the 2001-2002 WBB team to the Program's first-ever win over an Atlantic Ten Opponent LaSalle University. Recruited multiple players to All-NEC Conference Teams & Dean's List Awards 2000-2003.
