      In early 2011 as part of Dow Jones’s global restructuring, I was invited to head and established a new Customer Service Hub (one of three global centres) for Asia Pacific based in Hong Kong. My role included management of multi-lingual product teams that serviced customers in Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Korea, Thailand and Taiwan. Reporting into Global Customer Service Director, I spearheaded the project of relocating Dow Jones’s Business to Business (B2B) customer service operations from Sydney to Hong Kong. Additionally, I consolidated the Dow Jones Wall Street Journal Business to Consumer (B2C) customer service function from across the region into Hong Kong. Show less
