The Board is accountable to the Executive Board.• As a student-assessor of the faculty board I was part of the bi-weekly faculty board meetings where I advised on educational and student matters.• I was part of the selection committee of the dean of our faculty together with the president of the university, faculty board members, head of departments and deans of other faculties.• Quarterly meetings with the president of the university and student-assessors of other faculties to advise on educational and student matters.• I was in close contact with faculty study associations and the faculty student council to be up-to-date on student matters.   • The investment management team of ABN AMRO Pension Fund is responsible for the investments of approximately 35 billion euros. I was responsible for the financial risk management of the investments, which includes daily risk management and compliance, developing the risk management policies (FX, concentration risk, counterparty risk, liquidity risk, climate risk, etc.) and advising the board on risk management topics.• Managing the relationship with the supplier of the risk management platform (Aladdin). Responsible for the implementation of portfolios, maintainance and improvements of the risk management platform. Advising colleagues on how to use the platform.• Leaded the transition from working in Excel to the programming language R within the investment management team.
