For example, certain fruits and vegetables may require refrigeration at a specific temperature whereas other produce, such as potatoes or corn, may be transported in an open vehicle. I must be aware of the load capacity of the truck. I also must factor the load time and whether the load point is also refrigerated because it may be necessary to cool the refrigeration cavity prior to loading.
