Identifying the root cause for the potential failure and implementing the corrective/ preventive actions for the new projects (PTR and PPAP trails).8. Attend New product development Kick-off meeting, CSR review meeting, PFD&PFMEA review meeting, CFT reviews, Drawing release and specification review meeting and follow-up NPD meetings.9. Implement & monitor the customer specific requirement & IATF 16949:2016 requirement for all the new product which is related to quality term.10. Submit the samples & get the sample approval from customer & As per customer requirements submit the PPAP lot along with PSW supporting document.11. Preparing the change management documents for ECR, ECN, VA/VE parts. 12. Maintain NPD database – Prepare PPT and share the new part development related status to reporting manager on by weekly basis and update status to CFT timely. Show less

Ensuring process and product quality during change implementation. ➢ Warranty cost reduction project initiated for repeated claims and critical field claims. ➢ Attend PFMEA review meeting and support in revision of action priority based on customer and line rejections. ➢ Conducting Process capability study (SPC) for all the Special characteristics / customer specific required parameters with using of Minitab software. ➢ Responsible for clearing the Q – inventory parts related to 0KM & warranty parts within timeline.
