  The Parking Department had a tremendous amount of responsibility. As a parking employee we are who our guests see first. For this reason, it is extremely important for members of the parking department to be courteous, in proper uniform, and fully prepared to aid patrons in any way possible. My responsibilities include directing vehicles as they park and as they exit. The goal of parking is to maximize space and maintain safety by managing our traffic flow.

  This is an excellent opportunity for me to learn more about the medical field as I pursue my career of becoming a Nurse Practitioner. Being a medical scribe has allowed me work with many unique and wonderful doctors, PAs, and NPs of the emergency room and orthopedic clinic. The main task for me is to document all of the notes from a patient's visit so that the provider is able to have a more face-to-face interaction with the patient. This can range from taking notes on why they came in to the physical exam that the medical staff performs.   I have been accepted through the Nurse Grad Residency Program at St. Vincent-86th Street. During the 6 short, exciting weeks of the program, I will be a Graduate Nurse that goes through orientation, training, and simulations to get ready to transition into my position as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse.
