Served as project manager for numerous military training projects.Planned training events involving high explosives, rockets, and other live ammunition. Leader of a 106 soldier company, managing 6 direct reports that managed a variety of disciplines including supply chain and human resources. Planned the logistical and operational components of deploying and redeploying five companies from Iraq and Afghanistan. Controlled the movement and reception of nearly 700 Soldiers. Trained and deployed 119 incoming personnel and cared for their families. Chief operations officer and second in command of a combat unit consisting of 104 personnel and $54 million in equipment. Managed all administrative, maintenance, logistics, and training support functions of the company. Leader of combat engineer platoon consisting of up to 32 soldiers and over $5 million worth of equipment. Responsible for the employment of two route clearance squads. Planned and led over 500 combat operations while deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Soldier in the US Army, training to hold future leadership roles. Training included classroom portions as well as field oriented, hands-on training designed to teach leadership and technical skills required to succeed as an Engineer Officer in the US Army. Completed the training in the top 10% of my cohort.

Team initiated projects that resulted in the construction of over 800 miles of new pipelines and 20 new compression facilities.Position was held under "Access Midstream" which merged with Williams in 2015. Served as a member of a project team by evaluating natural gas pipeline and compression facility projects relating to new construction, increasing efficiency, increasing capacity, or other projects to meet customers’ needs. Evaluations consisted of cost estimating, project schedule development, and controlling costs during the project life cycle.Position was held under "Chesapeake Midstream" which is now part of "Williams."
