  Important part of my role during 2008 until late 2009 is Process Management. I was the owner of the management of all processes for the Partner Dispatch team. I performed root cause analysis for process improvement, Training of the processes and implementation. Process Improvement was performed using Six Sigma Methodology. I was a Process Trainer for the Partner Dispatch and Onsite Coordination team. I trained over 200 new employees and provided retraining over 500 times. I´m a certified Trainer.In 2008-2009 I managed a team of trainers for the dispatch team and we successfully delivered training on Customer service, processes and coaching to over 250 employees.
