We work as a unit whether solo or with other members in a trailer. We push to keep our load rates above 300 an hour to load the target amount of trucks. I, along with others who perform very well get moved around more often to help the progress of others and stay on pace for our daily goals.

  Made Kitchen Manager in less than a year. I oversee everything that goes on in the kitchen and outside. I am responsible for making sure everyday and parties are a success. I lead the line of cooks that work in our kitchen and from the servers to the shift managers, they rely on my ability and work ethic. In the short year of working at Aloma, their bowling alley has been the best running since. In terms of food, quality, service, and staff management we're the leader of the franchise. I have trained several employees who continue to work there and kitchen staff for our other centers throughout Orlando. I have maintained outstanding numbers for food costs, and regularly keep labor costs to a minimum. Show less
