  Helped with the extremely tedious process of removing asbestos. Set up containment by covering the entire room with plastic. Removed the asbestos according to how it was installed. There are many rules and regulations in order to keep everyone safe. I helped keep everyone on task and assigned tasks according to each employee's skillset. I learned to lead a group of men who had been in the industry for 20+ years and did not speak the same language as me.
