The Study North Initiative was comprised of the six Northern colleges, specifically Confederation College (Thunder Bay), Sault College (Sault Ste. Marie), Northern College (Timmins), Collège Boréal (Sudbury), Cambrian College (Sudbury) and Canadore College (North Bay). I developed an employer engagement strategy that focuses on employers hiring skilled college students and graduates and also promotes experiential learning experiences for students with employers. I ran the StayNorth social media account, which have positively raised awareness for the project.
