  Working with some major UK retailers, I am in charge of the Technical aspect of the products. I work very closely with the Commercial, Marketing and Operation team both for developing new products and improving the existing ones. I am also supporting sites in the UK and Europe to achieve and maintain customers standards. My main role is the deployment of the Lean Culture accross all departments for our UK sites, using both Lean tools and Six Sigma. I'm also supporting the Operation department in elaborating our budget, taking part in improvement projects and day to day tasks. As an interim cover for Quality Technologist, I was in charge of factory and customer products specifications, including for the launch of a new automated line. We implemented with the Quality and Production Team a Group Quality automated system and improved our efficiency and reactivity in product release.
