  As an assistant manager, I was part of the team who contributed to 21% fleet growth for the month of December 2016 for Enterprise, National and Alamo servicing the Bluegrass Airport in Lexington, Kentucky. We also ranked fifth in Group 58 in Operating Profit. We had an $8 increase in Net Other which was achieved by updating the goal board, having sales contests and sending out daily sales emails. While the rest of the aiports across the country had negative growth, our YTD growth was 7.2%. Our team reached a TQSI (tribrand quality service index) of 92 for the month of February 2017. For the month of June 2017, we ranked number one in Operating Profit in Group 58 (we more than doubled the group's goal of $150). I was the top performer at 58LX and three time City C MVP for December 2016, January 2017 and May 2017.As an assistant manager at the airport, I have had to manage a lot of employees from different work groups. This can often be a challenge as you have to ensure productivity as well as motivate your employees in their respective positions.
