Transactions include LBO and acquisition financings, standby revolving credit facilities, borrowing base transactions, amend and extend, as well as refinancing transactions. Responsible for the pitching, arranging, structuring and successful syndication and completion of various leveraged finance transactions (leveraged loans and high yield bonds), as well as investment grade bridge financing commitments for US corporations and mid to large size US private equity funds.
