  In the midst of the pandemic I have founded a small Kombucha brewery in Campos do Jordão - SP, Brazil. The brewery operated under the mission of delivering a healthy option to consumers while promoting a regional pride to all the habitants of the city.The brewery managed to sell more than 250 liters of kombucha to consumers, sourced a restaurant and hotels in the city.
