  Began in a junior position in the restaurant, and progressed through the ranks to the position of Catering Director, managing a team of 19. Created recipes and dishes for all events hosted, as well as those for sale at the store. Was responsible for preparing all food required for events hosted both at the venue and through our catering service, from corporate luncheons to wedding receptions, and from very high volume functions, to intimate dining experiences. Orders all stock necessary for food preparation, as well all wine and beer required for the Café, negotiating pricing with manufacturers and distributors, successfully locking-in pricing for a period of time on a number of key products.
