  Provide assessment of the patient's health, presenting with illness or injuries and primary nursing care and treatment. Render immediate nursing care after a meticulous assessment and provide health teachings to prevent unpleasant complications. Refer immediately all patients with serious findings to the nearest hospital for further treatment, conduct follow up nursing assessment and prepare progress reports. Document and report sudden illness cases or any injuries from an accident happened within the project site to HSE Manager and worker’s supervisor after rendering comprehensive nursing care. Provide patients with the information they need to protect themselves against occupational health risks. Perform walk-through surveys and prepare basic occupational health risk assessment. Identify and document the Top illnesses or cases on a monthly basis through Trend Analysis. Initiate Information Dissemination or Give recommendations on how to improve the health and well-being of all the workers and staff.   Assist and advice Lusail on development, implementation and monitoring of Lusail construction occupational health and industrial hygiene management processes. Manage and ensure continues improvement of the site health, welfare and hygiene component of the Lusail construction HSE management system. Monitor and ensure the implementation of Lusail Occupational Health Plan and Minimum Requirements. Develop and implement Lusail reports/checklists for the purpose of standardization and quality improvement of relevant health, hygiene and welfare arrangements of the project e.g. drill reports, patient log, case management, hygiene inspection, emergency equipment etc. Ensure and facilitate legal compliance of all site medical aid center and uphold patient safety. Develop and/or advice Lusail contractors/developers on administration of occupational health programs. Monitor the implementation of contractors/developers medical surveillance protocols relevant to the identified high risk activities on site. Collaborate with site HSE supervisors to identify hazardous construction activities and advice on the appropriate industrial hygiene protocols for implementation and monitoring. Performs and manage the periodic health, hygiene and facility compliance audits for Lusail Construction contractor/developer sites, to include workers accommodation. Advise and collaborate with other departments with regards to the onsite emergency arrangements to improve overall response time. Focal point for collecting inspections and reports from Supervising Consultant and Contractor’s medical staff. Compile statistics and progress reports. Conduct audits and investigations. Maintain computer databases for tracking and monitoring of all occupational health and welfare issues on site, including snack shops. Assist, perform and advise on Workers Accommodation and Site health and welfare inspections. Develop checklists for standardization of inspections. Show less
