  -Worked as the lead & sole designer of the Scheduling product after an organizational restructure. Prior to this restructure, I worked as one of two lead designers for the Search/Scheduling product (focused on helping patients find and schedule with healthcare providers) at Loyal.-Worked closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements & walkthrough discovery.-Conducted and led in-depth user research, including user interviews and usability testing with both end users and customers, to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and preferences.-Created wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.-Iterated on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing to continuously improve the user experience.-Collaborated with engineering teams from discovery to implementation, to ensure designs were approached with technical considerations in mind, and were implemented accurately and according to specifications.-Created, polished, and refined solution and team documentation to maintain and create organized spaces for shared knowledge.-Helped establish, organize, and iterate on a component library for Loyal's Search & Scheduling patient-facing solutions.
