  As a versatile leader, I was selected to spearhead many high visibility Testing, Development, and Technical Support projects during my tenure with Verizon. With a high proficiency in estimating test cycles, developing system test plans, defect reports, traceability matrixes, and quality assurance best practices, I was known as a colleague who consistently made high-quality contributions to the team; thus I survived 3 major acquisitions. Having a natural ability to collaborate effectively with matrix stakeholders, I was recruited to co-develop the test strategy for the enterprise launch of a new rating software, share/more everything price plan, and the data limit alerting software implementation. My position was eliminated in December 2015 due to corporate restructuring/downsizing.Highlights Include:- Instrumental in the launch of the Agile methodology.- Drove the QA strategy via creation and execution of Test Plans, Cases, and Business Test Scenarios including functional and regression testing for the VISION billing system.- Built repeatable SQL queries for validating data integrity, quality, and consistency during end-to-end performance tests and user acceptance testing (UAT).- Designed the VII cellular billing system; coded and maintained a high quality, intuitive, and user-centered layout.- Project-managed and met 100% of testing milestones by go-live date for billing changes to the ALP, Share Everything and mHealth initiatives. Unloaded any deliverables and replenished empty shelves when needed.
