In this position I manage a team of 7 Revenue Specialists, each of which manage 15 focus service properties. Roughly $100 million dollars in annual revenue. Primary job function included project management, team member development (training and coaching), leadership / mentoring and public speaking. Assisted with interviewing and feedback process. 2014 - Complex Model Revenue Manager of the Year In this position I managed over $1 billion in revenue annually for 10 focus service hotel across the country. Current tasks include implementing and monitoring the success of pricing strategies, communicating with ownership groups and management teams daily, forecasting, explaining the benefits of incremental revenue, managing high demand periods, group displacement analysis and analysis of negotiated accounts on a quarterly basis. During this time I worked in the Core Model of the Revenue Management Consolidated Center. I managed 15 focus service hotels. In this time I learned to adapt my personality to the 15 different hotel teams I worked with. I was successful in obtaining buy-in on recommended strategies and driving revenue for the entire portfolio.
