SABRE is a computer simulation that allows participants to practice the strategic business principles by creating a competitive environment where participants compete directly for market share and profit. 1st Place Winner at BCIT's Annual Case Competition - Presented by Adesa Richmond Public Auction BCIT's Marketing Association hosted the BCITMA Regional Conference. This year's case competition sponsor was Adesa Richmond Public Auction. The task was to develop and present a comprehensive marketing plan which comprised of a situational analysis, market research, positioning, target market, objectives, strategy, marketing tactics, conversions, metrics, and evaluation.
