      Clinical Services Manager for MSK

Operational manager for the MSK team with AXA PPP Healthcare. This is an exciting role as the MSK team are pushing the boundaries and challenging the medical model to support members who have AXA medical insurance to be treated by the right profession at the right time to enhance their journey back to health. The team's listening and clinical reasoning skills are exceptional and their drive to be clinically relevant and evidence based is second to none.My role is to smooth out the members journey to ensure the physiotherapists can focus on their clinical conversations whilst maintaining contractual SLA's, within budget and whilst ensuring the service delights our members. This year we have seen our team grow by 25% and expand into our second site which is now located in Bristol in addition to opening up onsite occupational health physiotherapy clinics for clients across Britain. It is an exciting job and AXA is a great company to work for. Show less
